We booked queen room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV.

Cozy room with comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Powerful shower in the ensuite bathroom.
Access to the room wasn't through the main building, relying on an outdoor door which limited fresh air. No extra window causing heat issues. Soundproofing lacked, leading to disturbances from neighboring guests late at night.

The 'double room with private bathroom' was surprisingly cramped and lacked ventilation-who needs fresh air anyway? Plus, the awful soundproofing meant I just had to enjoy everyone's conversations through the walls, wonderful! I was also hoping for a complimentary drink, considering the lack of perks. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't bear it.

Super friendly staff made check-in easy, and the room was beautiful and comfy. Breakfast was fab, loved the variety especially the poached eggs on spinach. The location is perfect for walking the seven sisters, with a great pub downstairs too. Definitely a lovely cozy atmosphere!
the room was a bit noisy from the bar below, and could've used a little more soundproofing.

The cozy room was great, but man, it got pretty hot since it didn't have a window. Dinner was delicious!

Perfect getaway for couples!
What a lovely place! We had a cozy room with everything we needed, and the food was fab, especially the huge portions. The location was just perfect for walks, no need for the car. Only thing was the room could've used a little more soundproofing, but it didn't ruin our stay at all.

Everything was amazin! The staff were super friendly and cute, the breakfast was delish and the dinner too. The room was cozy with a nice woodburning fireplace. Plus, theres a nice pub and great surroundings for walks. Definitely the best place we've ever stayed at and we're comin back for sure!
Only complaint was the noise from the bar below our room, and it could've used a bit more soundproofing. A little pricey for what we got.
